Assignments

Officials please check your assignments. Crew assignments posted in blue are not confirmed. Substitute officials as a result of previous unavailability will be listed in orange. Officials must confirm or decline their assignments using the confirmation form below. Crew chiefs may want to check the availability of their crew and submit confirmation for the entire crew at once or allow each official to confirm individually. Confirmation must be received by 8:00 a.m. Friday morning or assignments will be posted in red. Confirmed assignments will appear in black. Assignments posted in red are actively being filled and immediate action is required. YOU WILL NOT BE CALLED BEFORE BEING REPLACED! Once the assignment is filled the name of confirmed replacement official will appear in green. Assignments canceled after the confirmation deadline without good cause as determined by the Booking Commissioner are subject to a monetary fine. Officials may update their availability as often as necessary during the season and assignments will be made based on availability form on file as of Sunday morning for the following weekend’s games. Changes after that point must be communicated directly to the Booking Commissioner prior to Thursdays 8:00 a.m. deadline. Availability forms may be downloaded and completed and sent electronically to the Booking Commissioner electronically at sffoa@yahoo.com. GMAC assignments may have forced a change in the schedule after confirmation and those changes will also be reflected in green.

We understand that EMERGENCIES do arise nonetheless you MUST contact the Booking Commissioner if you cannot make you assignment. Keep in mind that the Booking Commissioner will most probably be working a game Friday night and not be available to take your call. Leave a message, if his voice mailbox is full call his home number and leave a message or contact your crew chief instead or Board Member. In the worse case contact a fellow official and ask them to contact the Booking Commissioner. The important thing is to LET SOMEONE RESPONSIBLE KNOW.

Organizations please check the schedule to ensure that your game is listed and officials are assigned. If your particular game is not listed please contact your Commissioner or League President immediately. Changes posted to your website after close of business Thursday without a telephone call to the SFFOA Booking Commissioner will not be recognized and may result in no officials being assigned or in your organization paying for officials sent to a game canceled without proper notice.

All-American Youth Football League

This year the SFFOA and the Florida Youth Football Officials Association (FYFOA) have entered into a mutual assistance agreement. When the need arises we may ask our brothers to the North for assistance and viceversa. We thank and recognize those who travel north to help out.
